Hello this is my first post, and i want to thank everyone for a lot of great info. okay here is my first problem of many but i want to fix one thing at a time. i have a weird rattling sound some where in my engine it is not constant and seems to be prominent when driving up hills or at certain rpm during acclel. It also seems to get louder when the vehicle warms up and also makes the noise when the car is in neutral and revving gas but when in neutral it does it at a lower rpm. 190k on x with no maintenance history except within last two years other than wheel bearing and 4x4 going out this has been a good truck. I was hoping it might be a pulley or something simple any ideas would be great. Thanks again for great info. oh yeah it is 4.6
