I got these lights form my dad. He had them on his suburban, but he never even took the covers off of the lights. They have never even had power put to them.

I'd really like to use them, but where the hell will they fit???

help,

Andrew

p.s. I saw the explorer express front air dam, but I don;t think that will fir the limited front bumper.

They might actually fit pretty well mounted on the top of the bumper. They're bigger than the ones I have there, but it could work. Also, you might be able to mount them under the bumper in that lower opening in the air dam. Look at my website: I mean where I have those round fog lamps.

someone on here mounted them in the stock bumper location... with some help from a sawzall... otherwise a brushguard or on top of the bumper would be your best best. You'll have to drill 4 holes whatever you do, so be prepared. :). Congrats, hope you like those lights... the 90 XT's are an awesome light.

Quadcam, If you cannot find a place for them( don't look too hard ), I could take them off your hands. I have a perfect spot for them. :D

I saw a Landcruiser with those lights mounted to the top of the bumper today. You could for sure mount them there.

I think I have read that PIAA has templets for cutting a hole in the air dam for mounting those lights.
There is a hack saw blade handle that holds the blade better than wrapping tape around it. With that you can cut the air dam to fit.
I did it on my 97 Cad to fit PIAA 910's on and in my old explorer air dam to fit some lights in.
You can trim the rough edges with trim from J C Whitney.
Not hard just time consuming.

the original PIAA box always has templates that come on it... but it sounds like the box would've been thrown away. You could do what I always do... cut smaller then work your way out until it fits :).

Alec, I have got a question for you. Where did you get the Knight Rider light? That is pretty cool.

JCWhitney. I should probably put that on my webpage, everyone asks. Of course, I could not tell y'all and be the only cool one ;)
