What a shock, "shift to park" not fixed!!

Well, I got my car back from the dealer after a week and "shift to park" happened twice today, so now i have to go back AGAIN for this truck. I've never been to the dealer so much in my life...

Crystal, if you read this, i am going to PM you, and after the holiday i am going to ask for your assistance to show these people how to do things right!! Maybe you can find out for me what the fix is when this happens. Others told me their dealer changed the shifter when it happened to them, but i have no proof of that... I am so annoyed at all 3 ford dealers i've been to for all the problems with this truck.

I assume you made that remark 'tongue in cheek' so to speak since the only one that thought the update would fix this issue was the dealer.

to be honest, i don't think they even believed their own bull****, they just wanted me out of there.....
