i have been looking at the performance accesories for ranger 3 inch body lift product number 883 but i dont know if it will work on mine since its a 4 door

Yes it will work, you'll just have to fab up or modify the rear bumper brackets...

If you keep searching, someone posted a diagram for their brackets...

i have the shackles and tt but how well will 33's work after the body lift? Will they rub at all?

i have the pa853 3" BL shackles and tt on my 96 explorer and run 33X10.5X15 and they dont rub...but you might wanna go with the 33X12.5 tires, u might have to trim the inside of the fender a lil bit but thats it...

ps- you would use the pa883 BL for your 99' i believe...and also moving up from 31's to 33's most people would tell you that you need to regear...
