I am looking at the back of my sport trac right now and am noticing that my rear left tires sticks out more than my rear right one. what are some things that it can be?

Agree with CCr
my truck is the same, noticed that when I took the box off..
the leaf springs looks a little twisted on the rear axle, truck was probably hit in the back (then fixed before I bought it).
the truck drives fine though.
Yep, it's called Ford build quality, very much like just about every Ranger drives crooked from the factory. My old '95 Explorer had the rear axle just slightly off-center, though it was less noticeable with stock, street-oriented tires. Hooray for leaf springs!
Thank you all for leaking in and giving me some advice as to what it is.... Now can anyone tell me how i can go about fixing it.... I already aligned bed and that hardley fixed ne thing... Are there anymore procedures i can do to get closer fixing it? Any mechanical work to it?
Take the axle off, then put it back on, only this time not off-center .
Seriously, you're the only one who can identify the problem, as you're the only one who can actually see the truck to identify what is wrong with it. More than likely the leaf spring packet has begun to separate and shift, shifting the axle as well. There is no generic answer like you seem to be looking for, as this is a specific problem that requires a specific answer that can't be given over the internet. Good luck.
