What Code scanner to use?

I have a obd2 Actron code scanner. It works great on my other cars and i had it for 8 years.

But... it dont work on my 04 explorer..


I am in the market for a good C.A.N scanner. I WANTED to see what guys on here use and recommend.

I had an old laptop so i bought OBDII software with enhanced Ford Codes for $230 from Bowser Electronics. . .reads ABS, trans codes etc. . . .comes with the software and a USB reader.
