Yeah, I'm still wondering about my OD problem...(wont shift OUT of OD unless you FLOOR it...then you're at 4K on the tach....NOT impressed!!!
BUT, if I take my foot OFF the gas for any amount of time, and give it gas again, it WILL come out of OD.
Can somebody tell me what CAUSES the shift out of OD?
*****For instance, while I'm driving in OD...and I want to pass somebody, I give it gas, then I start pinging, then I give her even MORE gas, and this causes HEAVIER pinging...then WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA up to 4 thousand RPM's and back.*****
Is the shift on my 5R55E strictly electronically controlled?
I'm adjusting bands this weekend and crossing my fingers. My luck, it won't do a darn thing.
