What could this be for?
I found it when I took off the center console all wrapped up. The other end goes towards the back. And I removed it completely.
I also found what looks to be a coax that went behind the glove box and up the passenger channel towards the headliner which means I found the rattle! :) Also just removed this entire line. It was some type if computer connection and not coax.
All the holes (6) on top of the roof have some type of tar patch goop on them. Not all sure what that is all about - YET!
Goo Be Gone will take care of the mess.
I do want to put UHF, VHF, CB, and scanner antennas up there this summer and I'll find out when I tear into that!

Is that cable for an AUX audio input? Perhaps check the modifier guide...

Ford just refers to it as a "Jumper wire" (19A391).

That’s for the Whelen PA hand mic. With Fords engineer part number on it, it must of came with the ready for the road package. It would plug into a CenCom 👍

OK! Gotchya! Yeah I guess that would make sense!
I'm too old to be whistling at the young ladies. Anyway my dentures would fall out and hit the mic!
