what do i look for before buying 60k 5.0?

thinking about picking up an '96 5.0 w/60k miles. what should i look for before purchasing? is this the same 5.0 from the '88-'94 mustangs? i had one of those and as long as the motor burns clear it should bulleproof. please.

my 97 is at 62k..run's very very well.....a few thing's to watch for are...cracked header..if it "tick's" when running..the header's prolly cracked...if it's a AWD watch for warn cv joint's..i have replaced one of mine so far....nothing else i can think of..it should be a good strong truck!!

yep..same 5.0 in stang's/f-150's-f-250's
