I recently purchase a RT Competion Band Pass Box ans the Glass isn't sealed to the box. What is the best stuff to you to seal it up? I was thinking of using just plain silicon. I thought I should get some input from you guys before I screwed something up!!

Thanks

If i were you i would return that box. I had that box and tried it with 3 different kinds of subs, and it sounded like crap. if it is the RT pro bend competition from best buy it LICKS. even if you try to seal the front you will get air leaks. the bent fiberglass is really thin and you lode a lot of sound quality. let me know what kind of subs you have and i could probably find a better box type/size for you. That box is pretty, but it wont do ANY subs justice, homemade boxes even sound 1000000 time sbetter

I'm glad you told me that before I used Silicon! I'm using 1 Pionner IMPP 400watt 12in Sub. I'm gonna try and return it next week. If you could give me some suggestion on a new box that would be awesome. The sooner the better b/c right now...the sound sucks!!

Thanks
