My second question would be how you got 3 inches out of a set of shackles only???

they are adjustable shackels....but they gave me exactly 2 3/4 inch in the back which is close enough to three lol....

Now I understand... Tis the autozone type shackles.

Personally, If I was you, I would replace those with a set of War-153 and an AAL. Or just a double AAL and the stock shackles.

They are probably strong enough, but those things look weak in comparison to Warrior's.

As to the front TT it is recommended that you do not exceed 2" to avoid premature CV Axle wear and failure. Actually it is really something like a 22 or 24 degree angle or some similar number, but 2" is a good rule of thumb when doing the TT. You might consider dropping it a little up front.

i dont know though...those shackles i have, have done great... i have given them an extreme beating i have even been pulled out of the mud with them....

I got the same shackles, they are kinda small, where can I find the Warrior shackles for the cheapest price.
