Ok so I got some spacer that are 5/16 and was wondering if anyone has spacers on their ex and if so have they had any problems? I have been told they are a bad idea and want to here about them before putting them on.

Try to avoid using them if possible. If you do need to absolutely run them, male sure you get a reputable brand, and I wouldn't do any serious off roading with them.

i agree with lono. i at one point bought some, and then decided to not put them on. Some people run them and swear by them, others dont like them. but if you do decide to go with them you need to get the ones that have the studs attached to them, not the ones that just put a spacer ring between hub and rim.

the way i see it, 120-200 for 4 or i can buy new rims for $250 with what ever backspacing and design i want...

I've had a set of Eibach 1" spacers on my Sport Trac for about a year with no issues at all.

I don't see any listed on their site for our vehicles

I agree with buying rims with a different backspacing. I have cragar d windows which have more backspacing and a higher offset and they stick out farther than the stock wheels.
