I could have sworn the AOD was the Ford Pinto transmission without the Overdrive...Ugh, Ford's automatics confuse me.

I've been told by countless shops here in NJ. it's a A4LD
with out the over drive.

I've been working for a torque converter rebuilding company.
and am checking to book as I type....
It's Pinto trans alright for the 2.8 v6 2.3 v6
As i'm looking it's also for some Mustangs and so on
