I am going to be taking my rear sway bar off and my leaf springs when I do some mods.

I am thinking about replacign them. It looks like it will cost about $70 for performance bushings.

What good will this do? Will it reduce sway, make a better ride? Trying to see if it is worth it.

Performance bushings are made from polyuritahne. This is a much tougher and resistant material than rubber. Meaning they will be less likely to be affected by sunlight, gas, oil, ext. They also are much stiffer than rubber and to not tend to get squishy. This will increase your handeling and ride. Hope this helps.

Ride quality might suffer a bit, but the handeling will be a drastic improvement.

Do your front sway bar too.
