What happened to Dick Cepek?

I guess I have been kinda out of it, but what happened to Dick Cepek? I have been using there lights for years, and always thought they where pretty good. Now I am looking for the heavy duty double relay they sold. Anyone know where I can get one? Is there anyone out there that carry the Dick Cepek products? Some of these relays must be sitting around somwhere...

don't know the details, but Dick Cepek has been gone for several years now.

however i just saw "heavy duty double relays" somewhere... might have been at AutoZone, from Pilot, or at 4wheelparts, from PIAA

one of the large off road companies bought them out....not sure which company though

I believe that Mickey Thompson bought them out...or at least the tire part of them.
