What happened to "Stinger" antenna?

I noticed on "Crayola Washington" post's pics, the antenna has changed??? Is this new type on the latest production releases? It will be great for me (once I get my X) cuz I have a lower garage door head hgt. 75" The "stinger" type would have 'raked' going in and out.

That would be nice. I've got to decide on what size cargo box to get for my X, and one of the factors I have to consider is the antenna and whether the box will cover it, requiring it to be removed.

If this was a new one, that would solve it.

My Mom has one from this company and it is great. Does not mess with gas mileage at all and is easy to install, load and unload. When I use it to go camping if I am going to be at the same campground for a few days I would remove it from the truck and lock it to a tree so I can cruise around like a tourist without looking like one.
