What intake should I get??????

I have read a lot of good things about the mac intake. I was wondering if there is a better one out there? Also I am thinking about going with some torque monster headers. I there a better header out there? I am just looking for some better gas mileage and of course a few more horses.

all of the guys here love their TMH..go for them as for the intake mac and K&N are pretty comparable because they are both open air....the tube doesn't actually add and HP. the mac is cheaper too. There also is the Volant intake, but i havn't heard alot about them.

I'm happy with my KKM intake on my SOHC... no shiny metal tube comes with it though

smooth tube and bigger filter and you are set. just go with the cheaper one.

I'm very happy with my MAC CAI. You're paying for the name when you buy K&N, for the most part.

is the mac actually a cai with a heatsheild? or is it jsut another open element filter that can suck in hot engine bay air?

It has a heatshield, though I have doubts to its effectiveness.
