What is a good brand of struts for 98 XLT?

Need some replacement ones because mine are shot... also who sells the add a leaf for my year truck? I only use the truck on the street but when i hit bumps it bounces more then it should. Thanks

You don't have struts, you have shocks and torsion bar springs. If you want the best shocks out there, Bilsteins are great. If you're gonna go economy, but still pretty decent, try either the Monro Reflex or the Gabriel VST's

Well whatever they are... im used to my car where they are struts. Im more of a Mustang guy... but got the Explorer for my daily driver. Anyways thanks ill look into those last two. Anyeone else?
