What Is This Connector For? (pic)

Between the radiator support and the grill/bumper support is this harness that isn't connected to anything. Anyone know what it's for? Mine is a 2002 (built 07/2002) RWD w/ factory foglights. I threw that tidbit in there because at first I wondered if it had anything to do with foglights.

That is where the thermometer probe plugs in for the optional over head console
