What is this part called and where do i get one?

Hello, was apparently sideswiped while parked and this part is missing. What is it called and where do I get one and is it hard to install? Car looks bad without it. Thanks so much!! Here is a link to the part I am talking about. Please click on the image to enlarge. Thanks again!

Obviously Ford men with those descriptive names for a piece of trim.
