I'm in the middle of putting in new rocker arms and pushrods. i can measure one of mine tomorrow, but I'd also just call Delta Camshaft (deltacam.com) to get a specific answer (or to order if that's why u need the measurement 
).

Hey guy,
Just stock length pushrods for your new setup, also the Delta Cams rockers are setup to preload the lifter's an extra bit to help take up any slack from them being very worn. You won't go wrong with them. I guess that's the question you forgot to ask last night when you called
