What MODS To Do First?

If you had a 93 EB with 100K on it what mods would you do first and why? The truck is in perfect shape and runs solid. Whick mods give the best Bang for the Buck? Is a chip worth it?

First things should be intake and exhaust, as far as performance mods.

I am not trying to build a dragster or a rock crawler but a bit more power and better off road performance would be nice. Cost question? If it is worth I will save and spend it. I would like low cost or free tricks as well.

1) throttle cable mod: if there's slack in your throttle cable you can tighten it up with a few zipties to open your throttle body more and get more power; instructions somewhere on this site.
2) intake: www.kustomz.com , $90
3) custom Magnaflow exhaust, about $200; suggestions in that thread linked to above.
