I've spent more than my fair share of time at the local U Pick and can tell you that, with their cheap prices, it's easy to drag home stuff that will probably never get used. I've picked exterior/interior door handles (major bonus if you find a truck with your paint code), lock assemblies, window switches, multi-function turn signal stalk, headlight/turn signal lamp assemblies if they aren't cloudy, grills if not cracked or finish isn't peeling. I've even found like-new alternators, belts, coil packs where someone has done a "tune-up" only to scrap the truck shortly thereafter.

Among the things already listed I'm always on the look out for clean center console lids and clean OE foglights for my 96 EB model.

Ok. One other question. I'm getting my tools together. What size star bit do I need to get seat belts off

I want to say they're a T50, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll check and get back to you if no one else knows for sure.

Just checked - T50 it is.

Check cars for anything in the box, I got rear brake pads for my 01 in the box at a local JY for $5, which NOS parts are obvious. Coil packs, clean center caps, center console covers, wood grain radio bezel for 2nd gens, I hunted a wood grain one for my 01 several weeks, clear headlights, clear fog lights, battery hold downs are something I rarely see, chrome grilles without bubbling, that's about what I can think of that I've had to hunt at some point

thanks for all the input I will keep my eye open for all of it today is the big day if any one is in the stlouis area upicapart is where ill be lol if you are going too see there good luck everyone and good hunting
