What should I look for?

Got a minor problem but it's annoying none-the-less. When I start the X and it isn't warmed up the Oil Guage doesn't work and the check gauge light comes on. After the engine heats up to normal temp. the needle pops up and it works fine. Anyone else have this problem?? Don't really feel like taking it to the dealer to fix...

If you do a search you'll find many threads on this. Basically, the oil pressure sender is gummed up. It's not going to read until the oil is nice and warm. Either don't worry about it, replace the sender, or buy an aftermarket gauge.
