what the $&%#! is that sound?

does anyones ex's engine make a really loud noise when you accelerated? kinda high pitch? mine is really weird. loud noise, but if i floor it and get it to high RPMs and then let off, the sound goes away and my ex sounds awesome. anyone else have this problem?

Sounds like your IAC needs cleaning or replaced.

I dunno, mine is pretty loud when first cold started and you accelerate, till you hit about 30 mph, then all you hear is exhaust, its not high pitched tho. I think its the fan clutch has to break loose from sitting, its probably turning at engine rpms and is loud because your not going fast and getting road noise. I maybe wrong tho, but mine idles perfect, and did a computer code test this week, passed perfect.
