what to change @ 150k

timing chain went out on sons 2002 Explorer Sport @ 250k. bought a clean used 4.0 Sohc with 150k and am having the timing set replaced before installing in the Sport. Anything else lower end that has been consistent issue with these engines that should be addressed while engine is out?
