What to do to my stock sport

Hi all.
I almost got rid of my 94 sport ( i know I'm horrible), but I changed my mind and am keeping it. After I fix a lot of the small issues with it I want to put some new life into it. I mean come on it only has 108K on it! Anyway I was think of replace the stock exhaust with the flowmaster 40 and also replacing the air intake. Just wondering what ya'll thought?
I'm kinda new to this sorta thing, go easy lol.

lol, in the future I think im going to lift a little and put some nice tires on. Just not ready for that type of financial commitment yet.

Ok I looking at getting these rims. Am I correct in the fact that a 31x10.50x15 tire will fit on them?

I'm eying up the same wheel. I believe they are a few bucks cheaper on summit. And yes a 31x10.50 will fit.
