what tool to remove fuel filter?

I have bought three different tools to try to disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel filter on my 91 and none of them are the right size! Exactally what tool should I get and what does it look like?

The tool you probably need is the 1/2" supply fitting, tool D87L 9280-B. It looks like a donut with a split to open it. There are also at least 5 other tools to work on the rest of the system. Ford doesn't make it easy!!!
