Hey I have a 1997 Mercury Mountaineer V8 AWD and am wondering what transmission I have in it. And what optins I have as far as a shift kit or programming. Thanks.

Your truck has a 4r70w transmission. Lots of options for shift kits for these, though I have no experience with any.
