What will this flasher do?

I saw this on JCWhitney and am wondering if it will make my hazards flash like the cops cars do? Or is it just faster?

If it's not. How do I make them flash like cops do?

If your referring to the strobe effect of the turn signals, often times its done using strobe tube & a power supply for the strobe tube.. Another method is to use a wig wag flasher relay but if I recall the explorer uses a ground switched system so it may not work.. Then again I'm just going by what I remember.. (which isn't much for my age)

Ohhh, a wig wag. That's sounds like it. Let me know if it will work or not. I already have the truck stripped right now due to the changing of the clutch.
