Hi,I'm not sure how 4x4 must works.
Well, I can turn with my hand the front axle from the transfer case, and I can hear a "crank" sound from the front right wheel, else, the movement of the axle is not uniform,I can feel some friction into the transfer case. Well, since I can turn the axle,I guess that the Expo is not working with 4x4 engaged.
In other case, I have tried to engage the 4x4 by pushing the button (the light turn on), but I didn't feel it is going with 4x4, but I heared a rattling noise from the front right wheel, and I quit it by turning between two and five times the front axle of the transfer case with my hand. By pushing the "Low Range" button, nothing happens, nor the LED turn on. So...
-Are the autohubs right?
-Am I using the right method to engage 4x4 ?
-Are there any problem with the transfer case?
I'll be grateful with your help.
