ok i have a TT/AAL I want to get some new tires but I plan on keeping my old rims what's the biggest tires I can put on them right now i have the crappy Goodyear AT/S 255/70/16 and I want to put the new Goodyear MT/R the same that come stock on the Rubicon My buddies Rubbie is measured in metric but another buddie has a set that is measured in inches so I do not know which ones to go with cause I am not sure about the differences in the 2 different sizes, so does anyone out there have any information for me?

265/75/R16 is the biggest tire you can fit with the stock 16" wheels and a TT/Shackle.
