Whats the best way to get at o2 sensors on a 1997 Ford Explorer 5.0L AWD ? its hard to unplug the wires from the harness and removing the sensors is equally challenging because of the exhaust system..is there an easy way to get at these from the inside of the car or whats the best way to get at them..the front sensor is easy but the other 3 are difficult..

Match Stick

I was able to get to the sensor using the end of a match stick. I manueuver my arms around to get the match stick lodged into the old sensor. I rested my arm and carefully pull out the old sensor out. The match stick worked for me. Good luck.
