I wanna get some different bulbs for the fog lights on my 98, I got the blueish looking ones for my head lights, but whats the number on the driving lights?

There's been a lot of confusion on this issue, cause I think the owner's manual says H3 correct? But I guess that's a mistake, cause I've been looking into the same thing, and the answer I've gotten has been 899. Don't hold me to that, but I'm pretty sure that's what you're looking for. You can also just take the bulb out, and go to a Ford parts dept. and ask them "What number bulb is this?" and they should be able to tell you. Good luck!

It's 899, but you can get 893 too. Eurolite sells them. I have a pair. They're 893 bulbs.

Yea I've seen some bulbs advertised that are 893's but say (894,897,899....) etc etc.... they will work just as well??

Are you sure that there isnt to much voltage going to those lights and maybe burn up a wire?? AND how do you have the foglights on with your parking lights and not your headlights, also I would like to have the blueish color, cause my head lights are blue..

you guys say that the bulb is not a H3, but every websight I see its the H3 for the foglights??

Tom no offense, but how does that thread help with the fog light part numbers?

I think that tread is suppost to help me wire up my fogs so they work when just the parking lights are on,.
