Whats your favorite XM Radio station?

9 Nineties
20 Mix
21 LA Kiis
29 U-Pop (I'm looking for a replacement for this one.)
11 Nashville


As for my XM2 presets, some are old school hip hop, the stand up comedy channel 150) CNN breaking news, Chrome (disco) and some others...

at work we usually have it on 20, 21, 09 (if no kids are around), 66 (also if no kids are around), and 67.

is Howard Stern on any XM channels in the morning?

no idea about howard...but my first 10 presets on my delphi are:

1: Ethel (alt. rock)
2: Squizz (harder alt. rock)
3: Boneyard (hard rock)
4: Raw (hip-hop)
5: The Rhyme (classic hip-hop)
6: uhhh a dance one
7: Bluesville
8: XM Pops
9: X Country
10: Hank's Place

Often times I enjoy Jazz channels, news, bluegrass, comedy...lots of un-mainstream channels that can avoid commercials. Sirius' biggest advantage is probably 100% commercial-free music streams, but the channels I listen to rarely play one anyways. No biggie.

Anybody know if XM will work in Alaska? I see the hu sold in Anchorage but thats 365 miles to the northeast of me. No roads that go to Dillingham you have to either fly your vehicle in or barge it in. The Pioneer 7400mp cd player I have in my X is XM ready but I don't know if we get the signal so I haven't subscribed.

unless i'm mistaken (which I often am) xm and sirius are available only in the "normal" 48 states. (JK! I'd SO love to go to alaska someday )

i dont see why it wouldnt work in alaska. it works in canada.

What part of Canada? It only makes sense that if it works in Minnesota that it would work right accross the border in Canada. But I live in Alaska so if it works in the Northern most part of Canada then it should work here.

I've heard it works well into mexico and canada... Go to www.xmfan.com and ask there, you should be able to find out there... Its a board full of XM lovers, just like we love our X's...
