Just finished a trip of about 600 miles with a significant load. At 78 mph in somewhat hilly conditions I averaged 18.1 mpg with some city driving. I only have a K&N panel filter, SCT Flasher on performence 87 (HypIllAuto), Mobil-1 synthetic in the crank, and Redline Synthetic in front and rear diffs.
I know I would do much better at 65 mph. I know you 6'ers can spank me on MPG... Dont even post Al! I dont want to hear it! JK
We hear a lot of talk of Highway MPG but speed remains a significant factor that can skew the whole comparison. 55 MPH is another world compared to 75 MPH.
So... whatcha folks run at a given MPH?
