Wheel and Tire Combo, How will it look?

I am planning on installing either a coil spacer kit or 3 inch body lift and am wondering if this wheel and tire combo will work and how it will look. Backspacing wise.

Tire: 275/65/18 (32x11x18)
Wheel: 18x9 (+18mm Offset)

Will they fit without rubbing? Will I need spacers? Thanks!
