If you purchase a hub assembly for a 95-01 4x4, the bearing will be part of the hub assembly. Since its a sealed unit, there is no way of it being seperate new. Typically the part cost about $150-$200 thru a parts supplier so expect to make significantly more thru the dealership. I believe the aftermarket part number is 515003.
when mine literally blew up this summer (inner pieces spewed on my driveway) i found a replacement from a truck with 80k on it at the junkyard for $65- yes it is all one piece.
