Well, all posts about how difficult is to get loose the bolts holding the wheel hub to the knuckle are 100% correct. I changed the wheel hub in the passenger side and it was tough to get those bolts loose but after 4 hours I was done with the replecement.
On the driver side one of the bolts snapped. The threaded part stayed inside holding the old wheel hub ( i could not get to replaced it because of the bolt)
pretty good.

Now my questions are:

Would I have an issue driving without one bolt head. As I said before the threaded part stayed in holding the hub agaist the knuckle pretty good.

How difficult is to replace the knuckle and the hub if they are bolted together. I do not think I can drill the bolt out, no room to work with a bit.

Where can I get a wheel knuckle and cost.

How much a mechanic can charge me in labor as I would bring the parts if I decide to throw the towel due to complexity.

Driving it without that bolt is probably not a good idea. Also, I expect that the bolt with no head isn't doing much holding of anything. You might be ably to just take out the other bolts and have a fairly easy time beating the thing off with a hammer. If you're having issues with lack of working room, removing the knuckle will give you lots of room to work.

You are right. I did that and got the hub out. Purchased new bolts at the dealer for $10 all three of them.
I'm in good shape now. Thanks

For the price I would concider replacing the bolts on the other side.
