Wheel size help asap

Hi all, trying to get a set of wheels for my 04 explorer xlt, but need help with what everything means. Here is the measurments that i was given, and can you tell me if these will stick out past the fenders, and if they'll work no my rig.i was told they'll stick out 1/2 inch past the fenders. ANy chance i'll have handling problems with these. Quick responses please...thanks

I can't tell you how much they'll stick out past the fenders, but they'll stick out about 1.6" further out than your current wheels...
