Wheel Spacers...

I thought about getting some wheel spacers to push out my front tires. This way i can get the prerunner look i want. Are these spacers safe?

If you use hub centric ones, yes they are. I have had 1.5" hub centric adapters on mine for 2 years with no issues at all. Got them off eBay (in USA, posted to Australia) for around USD$70 per pair, plus freight. Just search on "Ford hub centric".
