Where can I find one of these?

I don't know what its called or where i can find one, but it looks like this:

Its like a tube, smooth on the outside, threaded all the way through on the inside. Oh and the threaded part is around 1/4" and the whole deal is about 1" long, so its not big.

Well, Im trying to make a latop holder in my X, I wouldnt be able to explain it throught typing.

A bolt (probably 1/4") will go into each side of the tube thing.

I havnt checked homedepot or lowes yet, i thought i would post here first.

It's called a coupling.
 












no its a coupling, a threaded bushing's gona have a male and female threads hence bushing, and usually 2 sizes i.e. 1 inch male thread to 3/4 female thread
 






That ain't no damn bushing, this is a bushing.
