I'm looking for some factory skid plates. Any idea where to find? I tried ford parts network, with no luck. Maybe someone knows a Ford only junk yard?

I don't think a ranger one would fit.

4 doors and S-cab hold the same amount of gal. But the Explorer tank is metal and th Ranger tank is Plastic. (use to have a '96 Ranger)

FPN doesn't have them anymore? That's where I got mine.

You could try junkyarddog.com or a similar yard service.

bump;)

I just think its stupid that 99+ Sports didn't come with skid plates... I 'borrowed' mine off of my dad's old 98 Sport (before he sold it)

This is stupid!

I've called 10 places and no one has a 95+ 4x4 ex. 2 of them were 4x4 dismantlers:mad:

Maybe I'll just bulid some!
