On the 2007 the jacking points are marked with a diamond cutout in the side of the frame. Just behind the front wheel and just forward of the rear wheel. I put axle stands on the flat part of the frame rails. The frame is boxed and appears very strong and robust.
I know it's not an option for everyone, but I always keep few pieces of 6x6 and 4x4 PT lumber. I placed those under the frame, and feel much safer than jack stands. I just stack them up to the desired height.
