where is the horn

I have 99 explorer xlt, wife hit a light pole at 3 mph! drivers side bumper caved in,took part of the grill,turn lght lens, broke the headlight posts so had to duct tape it up to aline it and crumpled the divers side front fender.
Horn didn't work, fuse blown. Put in another fuse,tried horn,blew fuse again.
I can arm the car alarm but of course the horn won't sound.
Where is the horn so I can trace the wires for a short, I can't find the damn horn!

you will have to take the battery and the battery mount off to access it. its kind of between the battery and the driver side headlight but the its about level w/ bottom of the battery
here is a pic of it, the wire is blue

you can also get to it from the bottom up.

remove the two 8mm botls holding on the splash shield under the head light behind the bumper.
