Where oh where.... is the factory subwoofer located?

Help, please. Where is the factory subwoofer located in a 1999?

the factory subwoofer should be located in the same place all the other ones on any other year. It is located on the passenger side cargo quarter panel..so go to the cargo area of your truck and look for a speaker that is mounted on the right side. on the left side is a removable plate where ur jack and tire iron is

Yep if you don't have the speaker grille in the cargo area on the passenger side you don't have a stock sub. If you don't have the sub, you'll have a little-useless(in my opinion) storage compartment.
