I have a set of audiobahn AW12s, and they have a chrome ring around the surrounds..but the problem is that one is broke, and the reason I need one is cause thats what really holds the surronds on there, does anyone know where I can get some..or new ones.??

come on guys I need this before I can even hook up my subs...

call audiobahn and ask to get a new one b/c ones broken...... i think they may also have a warranty package or something and for a small fee will fix it....

hey hartman, how about your read a little before you come off like a ass hole,,cause I wasnt talking about the stamped flame grill guards, I was talking about the ring that does around the subs, nothing to do with grill guards..

Be more specific then, 'chrome ring surrounds.' Perhaps you should look into the flamed grilles.

yah wtf is a chrome ring surrounds..u mean the part that u put the screws into? becuase that would be part of the chasis of the sub i dont see how u could replace that

i just installed a set of audiobahns in a freinds car..goodluck with that chrome thing u look at it wrong and itl bend pos luckily they are going back today

if u could take a pic of what is broken that would help? or since they are an audiobahn product u could always e-mail them direct since they would know better then any of us what u are talking about

well that was a bit rude.......

anyways, I know exactly the part you are talking about... Its the chrome trim ring that goes on top of the surround on the top of the basket. I dont know where you got them from, or if they had a warranty, but I'd just get a whole new sub, because unless you broke it, that sub mustve been handled a bit rough anyways...

Other than the place you bought it from, try contacting audiobahn via e-mail, heres the website: www.audiobahninc.com
or check ebay from time to time you may find a cheap replacement there as well.... and finally if there are any audiobahn retailers in your area you could ask and see if they have any, say off some blown subs or something?

Well good luck,
-Dave
