You have two options:
Cut ugly notches in the valence.
Install a winch instead.

How do you attach the winch w/o cutting?

Winch or not, you really should have tow hooks.

I removed my valence after the 3" body lift. Installed these Ford tow points directly to the frame horns, using grade 10.9 bolts completely through the frame. I could cut the valence to fit, but I like the approach angle with out it.

Most Ranger guys are cutting the valence,

There is a way to relocate them, but I don't know, and most won't tell. Like some kind of tow hook cult...

its more because they are cut and welded, it could be a big liability if they told and showed you how to do it, and then they rip apart while in use:thumbdwn:

gman,

Dayum that looks good. Can you explain how you mounted them to the frame rails? Still not sure how to get the bolts inside the frame rails and hold them while putting the bolts in from the bottom etc. Not sure if that makes a lot of sense or not. I bought GM Tow Hooks many years ago but really like the looks of the ones you have.
Thanks in advance
