Which fuel pump for forced induction???

I am going to turbo my 3rd Gen. explorer (2002) V6 XLT in the future. Since I have to replace the fuel sending unit (it reads empty), I want to replace my fuel pump with a high flow unit for my future upgrades but I don't want it to run rich at the present. Which fuel pump do you recommend and the part# , so I may order it, thanks....

don't take this as me telling you to search, because I'm not that type of guy. I remember a thread where this topic was covered, however I can't remember what was said or what is was titled. I know one person suggested a lightning fuel pump, and then it was rebutted. Thats all I can add
