White Faced Gauge Question

I installed the nr white faced gauges on my 97 sport and they look awesome, however, the speedometer is now exactly 10mph off!!! I tried to adjust for this by removing the needle again and placing in back more but it doesn't work. I even tried to manually move it back when the vehicle was on, this worked until i shut the vehicle off, when started back up it would again be 10mph to much. When i go 50 the speedo reads 60.

can anyone help me with this? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
